Meet Your Guide:
I'm Catherine Quiring, LMHC—a therapist, mystic, writer, and guide for souls in passage.
I specialize in trauma recovery, neurodivergent-affirming therapy, and working with empaths and highly sensitive people. I've walked the path from rigid religious frameworks into earth-based, embodied spirituality, and I know intimately what it's like to rebuild your relationship with the sacred from the ground up.
My work integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, somatic therapies, tarot, dreamwork, and depth psychology. I've written seven books including poetry collections and neurodiversity resources. I create courses, write on Substack, and offer mystical counseling for people navigating liminal passages.
Sacred Wild is the distillation of everything I've learned about reclaiming wholeness, integrating psychology with spirituality, and building a life that honors both your wounds and your magic.

What if I can't attend every live session?
All sessions are recorded and available for replay.
Is this course religiously affiliated?
No. Sacred Wild is for people rebuilding their spirituality on their own terms. We work with depth psychological frameworks, earth-based wisdom, and whatever spiritual orientation feels authentic to you. You bring your own beliefs and build what's true for you.
I'm neurodivergent/have ADHD. Will this work for me?
Yes! I'm neurodivergent myself and design all my content to be ADHD/autism/HSP-friendly. Practices are adaptable, perfectionism is not required, and we honor non-linear paths.
What if I'm not sure I'm "ready" for this kind of deep work?
If you're asking the question, you're probably on the cusp of being ready. Schedule a discovery call to discern if this is the right fit for you. We move at the pace of your nervous system. There's no pressure to be anywhere other than where you are.
Can I do this if I'm currently in therapy?
Absolutely. Sacred Wild complements therapy beautifully. Many students work with therapists while doing this initiatory work.
What's the difference between this and your Threshold Sessions?
Threshold Sessions are 1:1 mystical counseling (90 min, $225). Sacred Wild is a group course over 12 weeks with live teaching, community, and structured practices. Both are powerful—depends whether you want individualized attention or a group container. Sacred Wild is also a fraction of the price (90 min, $63).
I've never worked with tarot, goddess spirituality, or shadow work before. Is that okay?
