A PODCAST OF SELF-CARE, TRUST, AND ACTIVISM

Who We Are &

What We Need

Come explore with me - who we are, and what we need to thrive. I will be highlighting the needs of those of us who feel and care deeply, who are neurodivergent, empathic, sensitive, and intuitive, and dreamers of a new way.

We will approach the inner physics of human nature with curiosity and compassion. We will explore what a needs-based (rather than authority-based) life and society could look like. I will be including perspectives, voices, and ways of knowing that have been marginalized for too long. Join me to collectively challenge worldviews and systems that feed off of, and perpetuate, harm.

I will be drawing from such frameworks as Internal Family Systems & Liberation Psychology, as well as the frameworks and viewpoints guests bring in to share with us.
