Self-trust is a foundational part of healing and soul care. It has been the bedrock of my own healing, and has become my passion to share with others. This journal is my effort to provide a container for you to deepen your self-knowing and self-trust.

I have included guided prompts on each page. Use the prompts when they speak to you, and ignore them when you have something else to write. Skip around as much as you like, or follow them in order. You are in charge.

Writing is one of the best ways I know to dip down into your inner world, to be present with yourself and do this soul work. I hope this writing container enables you to come home to yourself and trust yourself even more. I hope it enhances your self-knowing, self-love, self-trust, self-advocacy, and self-agency.
