Hi, my name is Catherine,

I am your Self-Trust Coach.

IFS transformed my relationship with myself.

I went from a confusing cacophony of inner voices struggling for dominance, to finding an inner sanctuary warmed by the light of this nourishing relationship. And it all happened through the process of Befriending.

In this program, I have wrapped up the tools that have worked for me, and offer them to you to support you in your journey to wholeness. Your journey to the most loving and supportive relationship of your life.

An 8 week program to walk you through the process of befriending your inner critics and finding your inner ally.

This is the beginning of eight powerful weeks devoted to healing and befriending yourself.

Over these 8 weeks, we’ll gather weekly for heartfelt teaching and compassionate group coaching:

1. Welcome & Orientation

Discover the foundations of Internal Family Systems (IFS) and connect with fellow travelers on this journey.

2. Meeting Your Inner Ally

Connect with your Inner Ally—your Core Self—and experience the calm, clarity, and compassion of Self-energy as the foundation of inner healing.

3. Discovering Your Inner World

Begin to recognize and gently map the unique constellation of parts that make up your inner landscape.

4. Befriending Your Inner Critics

Understand the role of your inner critics, take the Inner Critic Quiz, and begin building a compassionate relationship with these protective parts.

5. Befriending Your Inner Firefighters

Get to know a firefighter part—one that jumps in when you're overwhelmed—and offer it the attention and care it deserves.

6. Befriending Your Tender, Exiled Parts

Connect with a vulnerable, hidden part of you—and offer it the healing, safety, and connection it’s been longing for.

7. Harmonizing Your Inner World

Welcome your parts into meaningful dialogue and nurture a greater sense of inner unity.

8. Embodying the Work

Reflect on your journey, celebrate your growth, and chart your next steps.
