Some of my goals:

  • ​know we are not alone​

  • empower each other with knowledge about what is happening in a way that prevents overwhelm

  • share places we're finding helpful contextual information

  • share ways we're caring for ourselves, and engage in community care

  • a self-care practice each time we meet (meditation, energy work, somatic exercise, journaling, writing, art, music, etc.)

  • find ways to resist fascism - pick one to implement each month if we can

  • pick an organization to support each month - practically, financially, etc.
